Strombeck Consulting was established in 1986 as a specialty CPA firm. Our consultant-advisors have worked in large public accounting firms, local CPA firms, and as business owners, general managers, CFOs and Controllers. We have more than 100+ years of combined professional experience in the fields of finance, accounting, taxation and other related fields. From healthcare, construction, tourism, printing, law firms, title companies, and realtors to real estate development, agriculture, manufacturing, retail, wholesale and software development, our team has significant knowledge and training in the industries that represent the Florida business marketplace.

Rick Strombeck

Richard Strombeck

Richard Strombeck founded Strombeck Consulting over 20 years ago. He advises clients on marketing, sales, client relationships, maximizing referrals, strategic planning and repositioning, personnel, risk management, goal setting, and bankruptcy-proofing of assets, plus any related managerial issues. Before founding Strombeck Consulting, he worked for a large public accounting firm, then in private industry as Controller, CFO, and eventually General Manager.

Bill Rogers

Bill Rogers

Bill joined Strombeck Consulting in 1999 and has nearly 3 decades of financial management and business consulting experience. Management positions held have included Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Division Controller for a variety of professional services firms. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and holds a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) from the Institute of Management Accountants. Bill has provided business advice, income tax reduction advice and financial management/consulting services for a large number of Central Florida business owners and their companies. A partial list of client industries includes: Custom Homebuilders and Residential Developers, Physicians and Medical Practices, Title Insurance Agencies, Real Estate Brokerage Firms, Public Relations and Marketing Firms, Attorneys and Law Firms, Construction Project Management, Software Engineers and Programmers, Commercial Real Estate Developers, Registered Investment Advisers, Clinical Researchers, Equipment Manufacturing and Sales, and Aircraft Completions and Refurbishments Specialists.

Scott Michael

Scott Michael

Scott has 21 years of combined experience in the accounting arena. Scott has provided consulting services to thriving businesses ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar international organizations. He has also developed point of sale and business management software applications. He has 13 years of Controller experience. He has a dual major in Accounting and Finance from Cedarville University in Ohio. Scott has been with the firm since 2005. He appreciates the opportunity to serve the local community through his involvement on the Board of Directors for the West Orange Chamber of Commerce and as the Sargent at Arms for the Rotary Club of Dr Phillips.

Bob Glasgow

Bob Glasgow

Bob Glasgow is a Certified Public Accountant with Strombeck Consulting, Inc. He specializes in fulfilling the role of CFO/Controller for his business clients by helping them increase profits and margins, maximize cash flow, reduce taxes and make other important financial decisions. Bob specializes in the Health and Fitness Consulting and the HVAC industry. He has 11 years of public accounting experience and 12 years in the private industry. Bob has been with the firm since 1999.

Mark Coleman

Mark has over 25 years financial management and small business consulting experience. Management positions have included Controller/CFO for a variety of Central Florida manufacturers and distributors, including Central Florida Press, Red’s Market, Tech Source, Workable Solutions and Watercraft America. He has provided financial management consulting services for a large number of Central Florida businesses, including travel, manufacturing, foliage, medical and professional services. Mark has been with the firm since 2002.

Geff Myers

Geff Myers

Geff has over 25 years experience in business ownership, consulting, financial management, and accounting. He has been President and Controller/CFO as well as providing consulting services for businesses including service, retail, construction, and manufacturing companies. Geff is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Massachusetts, a CMA (Certified Management Accountant), and holds an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Mass.

Micah Mackubin

Micah Mackubin

Micah graduated from UCF with a BA in accounting and is currently studying in the Master of Tax program there. He is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor who works with businesses that are getting started or need serious clean up work. He has been with the firm since 2005.

John Webb

John Webb

John has over twenty five years experience in corporate and entrepreneurial financial management. As Controller of a global non-profit, John led a team of 70 overseeing the finances of $350 million in annual revenues, $100 million in retirement investments and $50 million in corporate investments. In addition, he was controller for a $160 million manufacturing firm, CFO for a VC-funded technology startup and CFO of a service firm startup. John has spoken at national conferences on financial management, organizational restructuring and change management. In addition, he has served as an adjunct professor with National Louis University. He has an MBA (cum laude) from the Rollins College Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business and a BS (cum laude) in accounting from the University of Arizona and he has been a CPA since 1983. He has been with the firm since 2006.

Jeffrey Ginsberg

Jeffrey Ginsberg

Jeff has 22 years of experience as an accountant. He was Accounting Director for a publicly traded company and has several years of SEC experience in both public and private accounting. Jeff has headed forensic accounting teams in both government and public accounting. As tax manger in a public accounting firm, Jeff helped business owners develop tax strategies for law firms, restaurants and grocery stores. He has performed controllership and consulting services for law firms, insurance brokers, semiconductor manufacturers, internet marketing and sales companies, biotechnology companies and various publicly held companies. Jeff is a licensed CPA in both Florida and New York.

Mary Anderson

Mary Anderson

Mary handles tax matters for the firm. She is a CPA with 13 years of experience in public accounting. She is also a former Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue Service. Her extensive experience allows her to consult with our clients from both practical and regulatory perspectives. Mary has been with the firm since 1998.
